What does that even mean?! --- its my meals I make when I say "I really dont want to cook, should we just get a pizza?" ... nooooo dont do it....
What I made last night still wasnt SUPER healthy or "clean"... but was it better than a greasy pizza? Oh yes. yes it was... and tasted way better as well.
I introduce to you --- cheesy, grass-fed beef ,rice, creamy goodness :) --- yes, that is the recipe name. bahaha! ;D
Ingredients:
- 1 small package mixed veg
- 1 package of rice of choice(I used what I had, its not the best, but BTTO! haha)
- 1/4 c. r.f. cheese of choice
- 1 can 98-99% ffree cream soup of choice [or: organic, red. sodium]
- 1 lb. lean beef(or turkey) or soy crumbles of choice... browned and drained if raw meat
- about 2-3 T. skim milk
- about 2 T. water [[between water and milk just make sure there is enough liquid for rice to cook]]
- Brown meat (unless pre-made soy crumbles), drain. Return to skillet.
- Add-in rest of ingredients, cover. Simmer on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes (or until rice is cooked).
- Stir frequently.

...as far as breakfast I somehow fit all of my faves into one beautiful morning... Im very allergic to whatever is going on in the northwoods of wisconsin so Im feeling like I need some extra fuel... my allergies just WOOP my booty!!
