Holy Oats, batman!

Hellooooo ~ !!! & Goooood Morning!!!

I made some amazing Sweet Chocolate PB Cookie Oats[[say what?!]] this AM... based off of Healthy Diva Eats oats she is always posting!! :)

A couple of the ingredients ;)
Bucket - o - love. <3


Ingredients:
  • 1 envelope better oats organic raw oats
  • 1/2 C. organic light vanilla soy milk
  • 1 T. milled flax seed
  • packets truvia all-natural sweetner
  • 1/2 envelope brothers all-natural apple crisp
  • protein frosting(the diva's specialty!) --> {{ the mix includes: 1/2 scoop protein powder, light vanilla soy milk[enough to make into a frosting consistency], 1 T. natural peanut butter - I use white chocolate wonderful}}
Make it!!:
  • Combine first 4 ingredients, and microwave about 1-1/2-2 minutes
  • Remove from microwave carefully, then add in frosting and apple crisps, mix well.
  • [[make the night before to take to work; make up protein frosting and store in fridge for next day, and put milk in a container big enough to mix the oats,etc in]] --- makes it very portable ;)

  1. What kind of protein powder do you buy? There are so many kinds out there! I'm not a weight lifter, I'm trying to lose weight, but I'd like to have some on hand. And what is this white chocolate peanut butter you speak of???

I buy Body Fortress from wal-mart... if you like them on facebook you can print a $1 off coupon, I use like a half scoop usually, or even less! its just good to get a little extra protein even after cardio :) or just to start ur day off right!! ... and white chocolate wonderful is by the peanutbutter co. I believe?! its also at wally world by the nutella,almond butter, etc;)
